Pack Your Items
Place the original items securely in their packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
